Our annual art exhibition will be on at the Matakana School Hall from 20th to 22nd January 2017, with more than 200 artworks ranging in price from under $100 to around $3000. Join us for wine and nibbles at the official opening, 6pm on Friday 20th January.
Grant and Linda from Gala Berries are opening their paddocks to pickers on 21st and 22nd January as a fundraiser for Hospice. Grab the kids and get along to Omaha Flats Road between 9am and 3pm on the Saturday and Sunday and pick your fill of the last sweet strawberries of summer.
HOSPICE HOME STORE
If you can't get to the garage sales on a Wednesday, you now have a second chance to bag a bargain each week. Our Hospice Home Store is open every week from Tuesday to Saturday in the former Resene shop at 29 Glenmore Drive (in front of Warkworth Fitness Centre). Opening hours are 9-4 Tuesday to Friday, and 9-1 on Saturdays.
Rubbish bags are a major fundraiser for our Hospice. New World and Northland Waste donate 10 cents to hospice every time you buy an Orange bag from Warkworth New World. Read more
