This month we celebrate National Hospice Awareness Week and are raising awareness and vital funds to help keep our nurses on the road. Like many, you may not realise that most of the care we provide is out in the community in a person’s home. There are a number of ways you can get involved this Awareness Week. Remember that every dollar you donate makes a big difference to someone living with a terminal illness.
